Justin Shelton
Principal & Owner | Certified General Appraiser
Justin graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 and launched his appraisal career immediately after graduating. He became a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia in 2008, and the following year co-founded RPVG with Tim Ulvi. A 2005 graduate of Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, Candice began her appraisal career in 2010.
