Timuchin (Tim) Ulvi, CGREA
Principal and Owner
Tim
has been appraising rural real estate in northern and central Virginia
since 2001. He is certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Tim has focused on the valuation of commercial and residential
properties and his experience includes equestrian estates, large acre
farms, vineyards/wineries, industrial, commercial, multi family residential,
greenhouse facilities and special use properties.

Justin Shelton, CGREA
Principal and Owner
Justin
graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 with a BA in American
Government. He began his appraisal career and apprenticeship upon graduating and immediately focused on commercial and
industrial property types. Justin became certified in the Commonwealth
of Virginia as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 2008.
The following year Mr. Shelton and Mr. Ulvi established RPVG. He
brings an extensive commercial and industrial appraising background to
the company, having valued multi tenant industrial, office and retail
properties, in addition to hotels, gas stations, self-storage
facilities and various special use properties.

Candice Downes
Licensed Appraiser
Candice
is a 2005 graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
She began appraising real estate in 2010. Currently, Candice is a
licensed appraiser, having completed the necessary course work and
examination for licensure. Throughout her tenure at RPVG
she has appraised a variety of single family residential, farm and
estate properties in Northern and Central Virginia.

Rachel Shelton
Licensed Appraiser
Rachel began appraising real estate in 2013. Rachel is a
licensed appraiser, having completed the necessary course work and
examination for licensure. Rachel has appraised a variety of single family residential, farm and
estate properties in Northern and Central Virginia.
